...is bi-monthly flagship car and truck publication. This is the April 2014 issue.

Inside
MASS:STAB editor Oliver Kaschel pens an editorial which sets the tone for the magazine. Next is an update of Herpa Car Club News announcing winners of the year’s specials, plus the new releases, including the M-B Actros semi truck of company Remy Martin. Next, news that DER MASS:STAB will also be available on-line with Smartphones and tablets.

TITELSTORY / COVER STORY

Truck of the Year, Auch Bei Herpa: Volvo’s new FH semi-truck showcases the prototype and the Herpa model. Specifically, an elaborately chrome plated 16-Version of the new Globetrotter FH. The 16-litre engine can produce power from 540hp to 750hp.

Herpa worked with Volvo and débuts a scale Volvo FH. Models shows are:

    FH GL box semitrailer "Wandt / Schubert"
    FH GL XL refrigerated box semitrailer "Dixon" (IRL)
    FH GL XL refrigerated semitrailer "Gesuko / Mon Cherí"

NEU VON HERPA/New From Herpa
From Giant Crane to Mini Motorcycle: From the Nuremburg Toy Fair the new Liebherr Giant Crane model is shown. Also new Mercedes-Benz C-Klasse models; the Volvo FH; Zetros trucks; Goldhofer heavy specialty trailers ; 10-ft container carrier; Actros automobile transporter; the tiny MZ ES 250/2 motorcycle with sidecar.

NEUHEITEN / NEWS, April 2014
New Herpa models are presented. This includes the new LUX track cleaning model.

May/June 2014 releases promote the new Volvo FH trucks, C-Klasse Mercedes-Benz, the new motorcycles. Others are shown: delivery vans; ambulances; fire trucks, police cars; Ziegler heavy-duty airport firefighting systems; SPECIAL EDITIONS Scania R ’09 Topliner “Roland Graf” and DAF XF 105 SSC semi-dump truck “Mai-Logistics / Kann Building” (detailed below); construction trucks; semis with varieties of specialized trailers; jumbo-load Goldhofer trailers; more components and transporters for the Liebherr heavy crane; Porsches, and a car carrier.

1. Rolling Zoo: Airbrush artist Walter Rosner amazing rolling mural of meerkats, polar bears, and giraffes for forwarder Mai’s quarry work KANN, using a DAF XF 105 SSC semi-dump truck as the canvas! Four photos follow the in-progress artwork. Herpa has released this amazing model in their Private Collection as item 121521.

2. Mercedes-Benz Econic: The All-rounder: the versatility of the Econic and the models available.
