Anyone know if this kit is out of production indefinetly? No on is stocking, but most seem to imply a restock is inbound, any truth to that?

Mike,
Stevens International lists the Skylab version as "in stock" but the rest of the 1/72 real space line is listed TOS-- temporarily out of stock. I've been looking for the Gemini Capsule myself for a while now. I wish Dragon was a little more dependable in keeping stuff in production when they sell out.

I've gone ahead and placed an order with Dragon USA; it's listed as being on Back Order. They've replied stating that means it could be up to 3 months for delivery. The problem now for me is setting aside the $130 and not spending it! But what I don't want to happen is that 3 months come and go and for them to then state it's OOP.

Well-- good luck with that. Ive been waiting on the Gemini/ Spacewalker for about 7 months now. Maybe they will bring that one in too (fingers crossed). I notice Dragon USA doesn't seem to be in a hurry to restock items. I was talking to a guy who works in Hobbytown USA a few weeks ago-- he told they purposely warehouse Dragon kits when they are released, just to keep them in stock for a while because they take so long to restock-- if ever.
